Right to life guaranteed by The U.S. Constitution...
March 5th, 2007: SB 766. Proposed by Planned Parenthood. Allows OR government to govern what crisis pregnancy centers are allowed to tell girls and women seeking counciling. Forces centers to produce very detailed reports to the government. Premise is that pro-life centers misinform and endanger girls. Will be forced to include information regarding how to have an abortion. Is intended to end the existence of all crisis pregnancy centers by making it virtually impossible to avoid doing something deemed criminal.
